The NorthRidge Software customer service team provides technical
support for our products and custom solutions. We offer on-line
support services via our web site and phone lines are staffed on
business days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time),
except on national holidays.
Our customer service team offers a remote desktop technology for
customers with support agreements that can help identify and resolve
many PLM application and configurations issues via a simple web
browser. This technology coupled with our technical phone support
package helps us to address most issues inside of an hour.
